Er hat unsere Tochter sicher über unzählige Meilen von zerklüfteten Wegen in ganz Kentucky, Indiana und Tennessee bis zu 15 Meilen an einem Tag getragen. Walter ist der Inbegriff eines Babysitter-Pferdes. Wenn die Kleinen nicht sicher sind, ob sie den Weg oder das Hindernis bewältigen können, zeigt er ihnen den Weg. Wenn sie bereit sind, auszuziehen, nimmt er sie gerne so schnell mit, wie sie wollen. Er ist auch pleite, um zu fahren, so dass unsere ganze Familie ihn genießen konnte. Walter is gentle, patient, easy going and will gladly do whatever he’s asked to do. He’s a dependable mount for the little ones to learn on, whether it’s in the arena, on the trails, learning to throw a rope, or working cattle. Walter truly has no idea he’s only 38 inches tall. He goes wherever the big horses go and does whatever the big horses do and more. He has safely carried our daughter over countless miles of rugged trails all over Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee up to 15 miles in one day’s time. Walter is the epitome of a babysitter horse. When the little ones aren’t sure they can manage the trail or obstacle, he’ll show them the way. When they’re ready to move out, he’ll gladly take them as fast as they want to go. He’s also broke to drive, so our whole family has been able to enjoy him. Walter is 10 years old and he’s up to date on his worming, vaccinations, dental, and farrier work.
