Er wurde am Wochenende mit dem örtlichen Sattelclub geritten, auf Wagenzügen geritten und bei Samstagabend-Fun-Shows gezeigt. Prince ist eher ein entspanntes Pferd und er geht an lockeren Zügeln oder bewegt sich in einem natürlich glatten Laufschritt und 4-Takt bis zu 10 Meilen pro Stunde. Prince wurde über große, laute Planen mit landwirtschaftlichen Geräten, ATVs, herumgefahren und bei der Coon-Jagd wurden ihm auch Gewehre vom Rücken geschossen. Er war allen Arten von Wildtieren wie Hirschen oder Truthähnen oder anderen Tieren wie Kühen oder Hunden ausgesetzt und geht überall hin, wo er gefragt wird. Er wurde viele Meilen in den Bergen von Ost-Kentucky geritten und ist auf dem Trail auf jedes mögliche Hindernis gestoßen. Er geht selbst die steilsten Hänge hinauf oder hinunter, über tiefe Bäche, über umgestürzte Bäume und über alle Arten von unwegsamem Gelände, während er immer noch trittsicher ist. Er wurde im Verkehr gefahren und ist in der Nähe von Autos, Sattelschleppern, Holz- und Muldenkippern sehr verkehrssicher. Prince has been with a family where he has been ridden by everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Hes been ridden on weekend rides with their local saddle club, been ridden on wagon trains and shown at Saturday night fun shows. Prince is more of a laid back horse and he will walk on a loose rein or move out in a naturally smooth runwalking gait and will 4-beat upto 10mph. Prince has been ridden around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back when coon hunting. He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed.
