"Billy" is a 14.1 hh bay roan gelding that is a grade quarter/pony cross. This may be the most gentle horse we have ever had, and at such a young age. Absolutely nothing bothers this kind soul. Rambunctious dogs, loud farm equipment, wild kids, and anything else you can think of will not bother Billy. He is an honest-to-goodness, certified GOOD BOY.
Billy stays very broke both in and outside of the arena, whether a child or adult is aboard. He loves a good, long trail ride and will go anywhere you point him. Crossing ditches, entering water, going up big hills, and being by heavy traffic are of no concern. He is no stranger to the ranch life and it shows in his video. He may be little, but boy is he mighty. Billy can hold a rope all day long, even with a big momma cow. This kind-hearted gelding has been our go-to for any beginner that comes over. He will always take care of his rider and prefers to live life in the slow lane.
