Buckshot is a 4 year old, 17 hand flashy gelding with tons of chrome and a personality and disposition to go with it. Buckshot is very well rounded gelding with both English and Western riding under his belt as well as driving. We have taken Buckshot on lots of trail rides, taken him out to the ranch, ridden him through town and he’s spent plenty of time in the arena as well. We feel Buckshot is safe, gentle, quiet and broke enough for just about any level of rider. He has no buck or silliness to him. Very willing mindset and learns quickly and easily. Out in the pasture Buckshot gets along well with all sizes and types of pasture mates. He will greet you at the gate and is easy to catch. Buckshot has been lightly started over fences and shows promise if you wanted to go that route with him. He is soft and easy to ride both in the bridle and with leg cues. Will lope off with a kiss and outside leg. He’s good with his feet and is currently barefoot and sound. Buckshot trailers well, bathes, ties etc. He is straight and clean legged.
