Aztecan Mare, 7 years old – versatile, honest, with character – seeking the best home

It is with a heavy heart that we are looking for a new, suitable home for our 7-year-old Aztecan mare.

She is approximately 1.62 meters tall and has been in our possession since she was 3 years old. We have trained her ourselves in a gentle and versatile manner, deliberately avoiding aids such as draw reins – she knows a fair, horse-friendly training approach.

She is a alert, intelligent, and willing mare who enjoys variety. With experienced riders, she is also comfortable riding alone in the fields. She has participated in training clinics and has always shown herself to be fearless and eager to learn. Additionally, she has occasionally worked as a lunging horse for children. When trust is established, she can even be ridden completely free.

However, she is not a school horse, as she requires a confident, secure rider and is not a typical “beginner pony.”

She is open to all disciplines – trail riding, Western riding, Working Equitation, dressage…

In handling, she is friendly and straightforward but can sometimes be a bit cheeky, in line with her age. She is middle-ranked within her herd. She is familiar with open stable management and adapts very well. She is loadable (will load alone if needed).

We wish for her a loving, nurturing home with companionship and sufficient activity. We would be happy for a longer acquaintance, as a good match is more important to us than a quick sale. However, she will not be sold below value.

A trial ride costs €30 and will be credited upon purchase.
