Meet Casper, a 6 year old 15.2 hand gorgeous percheron quarter horse cross gelding that’s an absolute one of a kind.
Casper is very well trained to ride and drive in almost every type of scenario. He’s the type of horse you can ride every day or once a month and he’s always willing to do whatever you want. He rides both English and western. He has nice enough movement for dressage or he can jog like a quarter horse. He would be a fantastic candidate for ranch horse shows because of his willingness to do anything you ask of him and he stays calm and quiet no matter where you take him.
He will go down any trail, through water, up and down banks and hills, through town and even the drive-thru! He is truly safe enough for any amateur to ride or drive on any type of trail. We have used Casper to drive with young green horses in harness and he handles it like a champ.
Casper is 100% sound and heathy in every way. He can happily live outside in a herd or in a stall with zero issues. He’s an easy keeper with excellent feet and no extra maintenance required.
This special guy has been around the farm for some time now and has experienced almost everything we have to offer. He had the winter off and we just put him back to work and he acted like he never missed a day.
Truly a sweetheart of a horse that will win your heart! He currently has his winter coat but as you can see when he sheds off he’s an absolute stunning grey that you can’t take your eyes off.
