Let’s talk about the elephant in the room… Oprah is certainly not going to be looked over in any environment! She brings class, dignity, and athleticism to every discipline and atmosphere! From trails to the show ring this mare is game for anything you throw at her! Super fun and friendly, always the first to greet you and will hang around for more scratches after you turn her loose!
Quiet and easy to handle, picks up all feet, leads, loads, ties, bathes.
A saint on the trail. Will ride anywhere in the group, rides out alone as well. Crosses water, fallen timber, ditches, steep terrain, bogs, thick brush, and extremely traffic safe. Has been ridden quite a bit on the road and through the parks with bicycles zooming around and is very desensitized to pets thanks to our herd of dogs (and barn cat whom she sleeps with every night)
We have thrown a dressage saddle on her and she floats around like a dream!
Oprah is so much fun to have around and makes new friends everywhere she goes! Would love to find her a family to enjoy and spoil her! Would even take to jousting, mounted patrol, and therapeutic riding with her manners and kind soul!
