If everything fits, I am considering selling my 12-year-old Thoroughbred mare as a conditionally rideable companion.

She has been dewormed and vaccinated.  
Diagnosis: Kissing Spines  
Color: Bay

She is a spirited mare but also sensitive, requiring a consistent but not overly harsh hand during daily work, whether mounted or ground work.

I will only place her in experienced hands, as she can sometimes be challenging to handle and needs a trusted handler (she tests boundaries frequently). She is not suitable for beginners or children.  
She is herd-compatible, currently living in a mixed herd in an open stall, and is mid-ranking.  
She does not like box stall confinement, especially when alone.  
Due to my current professional situation, I can no longer give her the attention she needs, especially since she is a horse that requires variety and activity.  
She has mild dermatitis on her suspensory ligaments, which can be well managed with standard wound and healing ointments.  
Additionally, she was diagnosed with Kissing Spines in January 2026, but with well-trained back muscles, she might become fully rideable again.
