Grayson is a grey Quarter Pony cross gelding. He is 12 years old & 13.3 hands tall.
Really nice little gelding. He is easy to get along with and uncomplicated to ride. Grayson collects up soft in your hands, eases around at a neck rein & has nice stop. Picks up his leads, moves on leg pressure & light mouthed. He has beautiful trot & comfortable extended walk/lope- you’ll enjoy riding this smooth sailing pony!
Grayson has been used outside on the ranch but his primary occupation has been as a trail horse. Nothing phases this handsome gelding- flapping tarps, running water, etc. He has been through our obstacle course & takes everything in stride. Grayson is very sure footed, aware of his surroundings, he is gentle & safe!
He has also been rode English & been taken over jumps- he shows a lot of promise in that direction. He could easily be finished out with his willing demeanor & make a great show horse.
Great for the farrier, easy to catch & leads/loads/ties like a good horse should. Stands like a gentleman to be saddled, bridled, mounted & groomed. He is up to date on all routine maintenance including vaccines, teeth & shoeing. Sound, sane & ready to move into your barn!
