He is thick made, excellent bone structure wearing a size 1 shoe. He has seen many miles on the ranch up and down the mountain in very rough and rocky terrain. He is sure footed and solid every where you go, crosses creeks, down timber and thick brush without hesitation. He is gentle for to anyone to ride. He is handy, knows how to handle a rope, been pasture roped on, started out of the box heading. He has been taken to town, traffic safe, carried flags at the Cody Nite Rodeo, seen all the lights, noise and commotion. Out on the ranch the kids jump on him bareback and go swimming in the pond on the hot summer days. He rides both English and western. In the arena he lopes pretty circles, knows his leads, is soft in the bridle. Moves nicely off your legs. He knows how to work a gate and goes through the trail obstacle course with ease. He is very easy to catch out on 100 acer pasture and we have ponied strings of horses off of him. We have also started Chili on mounted shooting. He has taken to it very well and will make an excellent horse for any level of rider. He is ready to go haul for competitions. Chili stands excellent for the farrier and the vet. He is up to date on worming, vaccinations and farrier. Chili comes with complete dental, farrier, vet records, and health exam. Additional vet work is welcome at your expense.
