Nugget truly has a heart of gold. He is an absolute pleasure to be around and easy to handle, on the ground as well as in the saddle. He may only be 14.1hh but he is built like a brick house and can carry you all day through the roughest of country. We have used Nugget to check and move cattle, pony colts and trail ride. He has been ridden in a wide variety of terrain by himself and with other horses. Nugget is easy to ride. He one-hand neck reins, is soft in the face and moves nicely off your legs. He will stand tied wherever you put him. He hobbles, loads, bathes, clips, and stands for the farrier.
