Cinnamon ist eine 8 jährige, wunderschöne Stute von Casalido aus einer Quintero Mutter. Trotzdem sie im kleineren Rahmen steht, verfügt sie über drei sehr gute Grundgangarten und zeigt großes Talent im Springen. Dabei ist sie sehr mutig und mit genügend Go ausgestattet, zugleich aber auch sehr vorsichtig am Sprung und möchte stets auf die andere Seite. Cinnamon ist sehr menschenbezogen und auch mit anderen Pferden stets brav. Sie kennt es, sowohl mit Wallachen als auch mit anderen Stuten auf der Weide und dem Paddock zu stehen. Selbstverständlich ist sie schmiede- und verladefromm, fährt routiniert sowohl im Anhänger als auch im Transporter und kennt Turniere in der Halle und draußen. Auf dem Arbeitsplatz verhält sie sich routiniert. Auch das Ausreiten kennt Cinnamon sowohl allein als auch mit anderen Pferden.
