Er überzeugt mit einem ausgeglichenen und unkomplizierten Wesen, ist stets freundlich im Umgang und passt sich sowohl an Offenstall wie auch an Boxenhaltung problemlos an. Unter dem Sattel zeigt er sich brav und verlässlich sei es im Gelände, alleine oder in der Gruppe, mit Sattel oder auch ganz entspannt ohne. Seine raumgreifenden, angenehmen Gänge und seine schöne Arbeit in der Anlehnung machen jede Einheit zu einem Vergnügen. Im Springsport wurde er gefördert, jedoch trat ab einer Höhe von etwa 1.15 m wiederholt eine leichte Lahmheit vorne links auf. Er wurde vollständig durchgecheckt, ein leichter Befund ist vorhanden und wird bei ernsthaftem Interesse selbstverständlich offengelegt und genauer besprochen werden. Im normalen Freizeitgebrauch zeigt sich dies jedoch in keiner Weise als Einschränkung er läuft absolut lahmfrei und bereitet große Freude.
