Maxwell wurde eigentlich als Schulpferd angeschafft, da er alle Voraussetzungen bestens erfüllt. Er ist sitzbequem, hat weiche Gänge, ist nie schreckhaft, grell oder guckig, immer gelassen und lässt sich durch nichts beeindrucken. Er hat Spaß am Springen und lässt sich gut longieren.
