Baljano ist unter dem Sattel hervorragend ausgebildet, er konnte schon eine Vielzahl von Turniererfolgen in den Klassen L1, L2, M1 und M2 in den Niederlanden erzielen (offizielle Erfolgsliste ist hinterlegt). Er steht vorbildlich an den reiterlichen Hilfen, ist konzentriert bei der Arbeit und immer auf seinen Reiter konzentriert. Baljano kann direkt in Dressurprüfungen der Klasse L eingesetzt werden, er beherrscht auch schon die Anfänge der Seitengänge usw.
