If you are looking for your next Movie Star horse.. here you go! Leo (Quick Dash For Pay) is a big Teddy bear, Movie star looks but bred to go to the NFR. Comes with all the good looks, smarts and athleticism you could want. He wears a size 2 shoe, stands 16 hands and aprox. 1375-1400lbs. He is a gentle giant.
I purchased Leo 6yrs ago and he has only had 1 other owner who was the breeder. He was started by cutting horse trainer Amon Yifton and had 3 months with him. I have finished him out to be fancy broke. He has a super cool personality! He has no holes. He can gear up or down depending on the rider. He is the same guy every time you step on him.. doesn't matter how long it's been. He takes care of you. You can ride him bareback in a halter or whatever you want. Leo has been ranched on, roped off of, he has been headed off of a little bit, you can push cows on him, sort, pen, or whatever you want really. He is patterned on the barrels but I was busy with futurity colts so he is just solid on his pattern. He is my go to horse if I need help with colts or if I have a beginner rider I need a horse for on the ranch. He hauls great and has a great work ethic. He makes life fun! He is easy to do all the things, catch, saddle, bridle, tie, wash, shoe, ride and haul. He has never had any injuries and is sound. He has personality and loves his people! Turns his feed bucket over on command lol! I really cannot say enough good things about Leo, he is a wonderful soul and he will be a blessing to whoever owns him next. Leo's pedigree...Quick Dash For Pay is by Irish Pay who is known for their good minds and athleticism across the country. Irish Pay is by Paddy's Irish Whiskey. Leo's dam is 25yrs young, Me Cinsee Ann, and has quite a legacy of horses following her. She was bred into the 6666's program for her size, good bone, good feet, good mind and stamina. She also was used in the Frenchman's Quarter Horses program as well. Leo is half brother to the PRCA head horse Chief aka Chief Quanah Parker who went to the NFR in 2023 with Clay Smith and qualified Brenten Hall for the American in Abilene in 2024. His dam Me Cinsee Ann is also maternal line to the amazing futurity horse, Goodbye Sophie, ran by Kassie Mowry last year.
Same maternal line to other well know 1D barrel horses and rodeo horses: Muffin aka Kawai, currently in rode by Steven Duby, Naduah aka Legs, Ethan Edwards, ran by Dee Dee Jordan currently. I ride and trained his sister, Jesses Me Minsee, and she has been the easiest horse I've ever trained and hauled. She is super consistent and always looking to please you. They give 110% every time... whatever it is. Leo's pedigree is solid for good minds, big hearts and proven performers. This bloodline thrives under pressure and wants to please. The trainers love them.
