Yes, this gelding’s name is Susan. His registered name is “A boy named Sue” Susan is the name that always stuck with him since he was born. I raised this gelding from a foal. He stands 14.3hh. His mother is one of my all-time favorite mares and his sire is the great and late “Big Chex to Cash.” He has been my favorite foal since day one. Susan has a very well-rounded education; having been used for a lot of my intermediate lessons, hauled out for trail rides, shown in a lot of ranch shows. I even showed him at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress in 2025 with my broken ribs and a punctured lung. He took great care of me, piloting through the ranch trail and ranch riding classes. He is a phenomenal prospect to be a high-end ranch performance horse or any other discipline you choose. With his beautiful gaits, he could even excel as an all-around show horse. Susan is a beautiful mover, and one of the prettiest horses. He’s an absolute joy to ride, he’s very trainable and kind, and has smooth, lovely gaits. Susan has never had any injections or maintenance of any kind; and has never been unsound. I’ve very proud to offer this quality gelding and looking forward to seeing where his future takes him. He has a lot of quality professional training and has so much to offer his new owners. This will be a hard one for me to let go as a breeder and trainer, but it’s time for him to excel in his new home. He sells with a certificate of soundness and vaccinations.
