“COL TWO PONY” better known as Fargo, is a beautiful, kind hearted, yet intelligent red roan gelding standing 15.1 hands tall. Being a 2019 model AQHA gelding, Fargo has nothing short of a bright future ahead of him. Stealing your heart with his kind eye and level headedness, he is truly well-versed in many different disciplines.
This is the type of horse you can go out and use- checking fences, pushing cattle, sorting pairs, loading trucks etc. OR if you’re just needing that level headed, calm trail horse to go out and have fun on, whether that be alone or with a group of people, then Fargo could be a perfect match for you! He will lead the pack or happily follow along in the back. He is traffic safe and reliable. Fargo will do anything you ask of him and do it with the same demeanor, each and every time asked. He has been by far a top pick at our barn to use in many situations- from going out to check the fences, to even going on that last minute trail ride.
Aside from his easy going patient attitude, riding this horse comes easy. He has smooth lead changes, moves off leg pressure, and neck reins. He has been exposed to many different situations and doesn’t ever let it rattle him- from steep, slick hills to belly high water, to even buffalo running outside the fences, this gelding handles it all as well as any and will do it at the same speed every single time. He is sure-footed, steady and will keep you safe. You don’t even need a bridle to ride him- throw a string around his neck and head out OR if you would like a little something more, then grab a war bridle!
Keep him in a box stall or turn him out- he enjoys both. He is a true gentlemen to be bathed (which he quite enjoys), tacked, groomed and easy to shoe. He is that well-behaved friendly, gentle, but still super flashy looking young gelding everyone looks for in a horse.
