Meet 𝐻𝑜𝑛𝑜𝑟 𝑂𝑓 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑠𝑒, AKA “Chase”. A 2020 model registered Quarter Horse gelding standing 15.2hh, and the absolute safest, gentle natured gelding a person could ask for. This gelding checks all the boxes for someone looking for that perfect beginner horse, that needs the assurance of being taken care of at all times no matter what the situation is. This gelding is the definition of a complete babysitter- no matter the age or experience, Chase will take care of them. You will quickly realize how good-minded he is, and how it is his top priority to keep his rider safe.
We have used him in all sorts of disciplines, from using him on our ranch, to trail riding, to giving lessons to a 14yr old girl. While giving her lessons, Chase has never been anything other than a true gentleman. He has been patient, steady, and honest. Chase will carefully cross water, go over logs, and will navigate safely through narrow, rough trails. On the daily he is exposed to loud farm machinery, dogs, goats, all the chaos you could imagine from time to time. He is extremely user friendly making it easy for a wide variety of riders. He has a nice walk, trot, and canter that’s very comfortable to sit for anyone, he also neck reins around nicely. Chase will be the same horse every time you pull him out, whether he had been rode a couple days ago, or two months ago. On the ground Chase is everything you could dream of- easy to bathe/groom, easy to saddle, and stands tied quietly.
This golden dream of a horse is the type of gelding that makes one enjoy riding. This makes him an excellent confidence booster for someone wanting to learn, or for someone who just enjoys the pleasure of riding but wants to make sure they are safe while doing so. Incredibly honest and forgiving are qualities that are really hard to find now days in horses. Having a horse with such qualities will make you truly appreciate them. With that being said, Chase most definitely has those qualities, plus some. He is the type of horse that deserves endless amounts of love from someone, and without a doubt he’ll give just as much, if not more, love back to his next person/ family.
