This is King, a 7 year old gelding standing 15 hands. His name may be King but he’s always at your beck and call.  He’s is the kind of horse that can sit in a stall for two weeks and come out and go right to work with no funny business. King spent most of his time prior to joining our program doing ranch work activities. He will pony colts, move cattle, and open and close gates. King will ride on a loose rein and step of into a lope from a stand still. He will also ride in the arena and takes both leads. King is a phenomenal trail horse and will absolutely go wherever you point his head. He is very sure footed even in rocky areas with no shoes and never trips or stumbles. King has crossed over bridges, gone over logs, and loves to play in the water. He is easy to handle, bath, groom, clip, and stands tied without an issue. He will be the same horse no matter how long you let him sit or where ever you decide to haul him.
