Rocky, a Haflinger gelding born in 2014, standing at 14.1 hh, is looking for a suitable home along the North or Baltic Sea with a heavy heart. Rocky is a versatile and lovable gelding, appealing to both leisure riders and families, as well as ambitious riders with competition aspirations. He has been introduced and highly placed in dressage competitions from WBO up to L*, and has competed and placed in LPO up to A*. He also won a show jumping competition. Rocky's great talent and passion lie in Working Equitation. He has won in E, achieved high placements in A, and performed solidly in L, finishing in the middle ranks. He handles all obstacles (including water) calmly and confidently, thinks along, and proceeds bravely. He needs more training outside in the L class, where I see a lot of potential. He has also completed his first cattle herding course. In handling, Rocky is gentle, uncomplicated, and friendly, although he can sometimes be a clown and a bit impatient. He is a horse with which you can not only work but also simply enjoy good times together. He is capable of going alone into the terrain, and while he may get a bit lively in groups, all handling is manageable. He also shows talent in groundwork and responds to the smallest signals. Unfortunately, Rocky has equine asthma. He has been at the North Sea since August, where he shows no symptoms at all. He is only rehomed to a household that meets his health requirements (allergy-friendly bedding, steamed hay/haylage). Additionally, he had a mild rearing episode in April 2025, which has fully healed, and he is fully sound. He has not been on grass since then. According to the veterinarian, he can resume grazing next year. Rocky also has allergies to certain feed components, but avoiding these does not restrict him. He is vaccinated against tetanus and influenza, his teeth are checked annually, and he is regularly dewormed. He is front-shod, and with the help of a farrier and a bit of patience, loading is also stress-free. Rocky is offered with all accessories, including a very nice Letek dressage saddle.
W dyscyplinie ujeżdżenia WBO do poziomu L* był prezentowany i wysoko plasowany, w LPO do poziomu A* startował i zdobywał punkty.
