Noch voll in der Entwicklung stehend empfiehlt sich Norla für ambitionierte Dressurreiter, die ein Pferd im mittleren Rahmen suchen. Mit ihrem Stockmaß von 166cm eignet sie sich ideal als Damenpferd oder für den nicht ganz so großen Reiter, deckt aber auch größere Reiter noch gut ab(Reiter im Video 190cm). Norla ist fein am Bein und leicht in der Anlehnung, ist ein absolut ehrliches Pferd mit gutem Go nach vorne. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Reitgefühl im Galopp. Hier springt sie stets bergauf und weit unter den Schwerpunkt. Norla wurde einmal in einer Reitpferdeprüfung vorgestellt. Der erste Turniereinsatz verlief unkompliziert in allen Abläufen. Ein Röntgentüv wurde zweijährig gemacht.
