A lot of power, out of a half-sister of a 1.55m GP horse

The two-year-old Tornado stands out for his large frame, good movement, blood and scope over the jumps.


Sire New Pleasure VDL is a seven-year-old premium stallion competing at international 1.35m level with Hessel Hoekstra. He is out of Lady-A Ter Putte, the full sister of the approved stallions Elvis Ter Putte (1.60m GP) and Favorit ASK (1.45m level) and half-sister of MOM’s Isaura (1.60m GP) and the eight-year-old Rock’n Roll Ter Putte (1.50m level).


Dam Ogadelheid is sired by Harley VDL (1.55m Grand Prix) and a granddaughter of the influential Heartbreaker. Granddam, the KWPN elite mare Gadelheid (Namelus R x Mermus R), also produced Kosmos A (1.55m Grand Prix with James Smith, GBR) and La Gadelheid (1.40m with Thomas Brandt, GER). This line has produced several international showjumping horses.

 

For horses younger than 24 months, it is not mandatory with us to take X-rays. At this age, horses are still in full development and their joints are not yet fully matured. If any abnormalities are suspected during the clinical examination, this will be noted in the clinical report and/or additional X-rays will be taken for further investigation.
