BALOU BLUE EH Z

The two-year-old Balou Blue EH Z is a large-lined, light-footed jumping horse sired by the 1.70m GP stallion Balou du Reventon. This Cornet Obolensky son competed at the top with Darragh Kenny, Brian Moggre, and Harry Charles and is a half-brother to approved stallions Chatinue (1.60m GP) and Balou du Rouet (1.50m).

His dam, the nine-year-old For Chacaria PS (For Pleasure), competes at international 1.45m level with Guido Franchi (ITA). In March, they placed second, third and fourth in Arezzo. Her full sister Baloucaria PS competes at 1.35m level.

Granddam Chacaria PS (Chacco Blue x Con Air x Carthago) is bred out of the half-sister of top sire Conthargos, Chacjandra (1.60m GP), Afrika (1.55m GP) and Vivathago PS (1.50m).

 

For horses younger than 24 months, it is not mandatory with us to take X-rays. At this age, horses are still in full development and their joints are not yet fully matured. If any abnormalities are suspected during the clinical examination, this will be noted in the clinical report and/or additional X-rays will be taken for further investigation.​
