It is with a heavy heart that, due to emigration, I oƯer
my homebred Lipizzan mare Gaeta-89 "Speranza" for
sale.
Speranza is a dark purebred Lipizzan mare without white markings, descending from my own
established maternal line. Her dam and granddam were also part of my breeding program, giving
me complete knowledge of her pedigree, development and character from birth.
She was raised in a stable herd environment until the age of six, where her natural social
qualities and leadership potential became evident from an early age. She has since been started
under saddle. Speranza is a sensitive, intelligent mare with an honest, strong and authentic
character. She is best suited to an experienced owner who appreciates her qualities and
provides a carefully managed, low-energy feeding program.
The Lipizzan horse is part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. With her
proven maternal lineage, thoughtful upbringing and excellent breeding background, Speranza
represents a valuable opportunity for anyone committed to preserving the quality and heritage of
the Lipizzan breed.
My preference is to find a knowledgeable and loving home where she can continue to live in a
herd and, ideally, contribute to the future of the breed through responsible breeding.
